Face to Face Counselling
I provide in-person, one-on-one counselling in a safe, encouraging setting that gives you the freedom to examine your emotions, thoughts, and behaviours. I am aware that each person's experiences and struggles in life will have a different impact on them, and I can collaborate with you to meet your specific needs.
Through our sessions together, the therapeutic alliance, which is based on trust, confidentiality, and unconditional positive regard, will help you navigate your own unique journey. I am an empathic listener who genuinely cares about your well-being. Together, we will create positive change by examining your thoughts, sorting through your emotions, and learning more about who you are. You can find patterns, gain clarity, and identify underlying problems that are preventing you from moving forward.
