Prior to setting up my counselling practice, my experience within the mental health industry started 7 years ago working with children and their families to build resilience and positive relationships. Since then I have worked alongside studying gaining a BA Hons in Counselling from Hull University. I have worked at Franklin College and at Marsico Medical Practice counselling individuals with a wide range of needs.

My clients come to me to talk about any issues that are affecting them, these could be problems with their personal lives or at work. I'll explore what's important to you and we'll create practical coping mechanisms together so you can go on making positive changes in your life.
My practice here in Louth in Lincolnshire, can offer a safe, warm, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and feelings.
